I have downloaded the driver from c-media but it will not install, I keep getting a dialogue box asking me to plug the device in when it already is and windows tells me it can't find the driver. Could this be windows 7 or maybe a problem with the USB ports I wonder!

After upgrading system to Windows 10, the plugging-in C-Media USB audio device such as cad u37 microphone cannot working well. In device manager, you can only find it on the other devices with a yellow exclamation. And it reminds you in general tab: the USB audio device driver not installed. Solution 1: Uninstall the USB Audio Device Driver
